Rejuvience Med Spa specials are chosen to provide meaningful value for aging skin based on the technology, biology and repeatable results. What’s different about the new AnteAGE INTENSIFY?

AnteAGE INTENSIFY brings some of the regenerative technology behind professional AnteAGE treatments into a home-care serum designed for daily use. Our Early Review found it delivers deep hydration with unexpected improvement in the look and “snap back” of loose arm skin affected by both aging and weight loss.

INTENSIFY is now the home-care product included with our signature Age Repair 4-D treatment. It is also available separately at Rejuvience Med Spa.

How is AnteAGE INTENSIFY different from AnteAGE P.E.A.R.L.?

They serve different purposes.

AnteAGE P.E.A.R.L. is our advanced professional treatment topical, used during procedures when we have an opportunity to deliver regenerative signaling molecules directly into the dermal layer where treated skin can benefit from them.

AnteAGE INTENSIFY is designed for ongoing home care. It extends that regenerative approach beyond the treatment room, supporting the skin during recovery and between professional treatments.

For Age Repair 4-D, we now use both: P.E.A.R.L. during the treatment and INTENSIFY as part of your home-care protocol.

Why does Rejuvience test products and treatments on aging skin?

Because aging skin plays by different rules. By our 50s, 60s and beyond, collagen production has slowed, the skin barrier is thinner, cellular communication is less efficient, and years of accumulated sun exposure and inflammation begin to show. A treatment protocol developed primarily around younger skin isn’t likely to produce the same response in older skin.

The question isn’t simply, “Does it work?”

The better question is, “Does it produce a respectable results on aging skin?”

What does “the rules change for aging skin” mean?

It means I don’t automatically assume that the treatment schedule, intensity or protocol that works well for younger skin is optimal after 50 or into your 60s.

Aging skin generally has less collagen, is slower to repair, has a thinner skin barrier, and there are often decades of accumulated structural change. In some cases, the best result comes from combining technologies. In others, it comes from appropriately timed repeat treatments that build on the regenerative response initiated by the first treatment.

That is one reason Rejuvience Med Spa in Scottsdale rarely uses a one-size-fits-all package approach. We look at what your skin is doing now and build the treatment around that.

Why do you sometimes recommend treatments closer together for aging skin?

Some regenerative treatments create a response that continues well after you leave the treatment room. Collagen remodeling, for example, happens progressively rather than overnight.

With certain treatments, including DENSITY RF, we’ve found that appropriately spaced sessions can produce a useful cumulative effect in older, aging skin. Rather than treating once and waiting months for the entire process to finish, a second treatment may be timed while the skin is still actively remodeling.

That doesn’t mean more treatment is always better. Timing, skin condition, treatment intensity and individual response all matter.

Why does DENSITY usually require two treatments?

Radiofrequency skin tightening depends on your own tissue remodeling response. One treatment can produce visible improvement, but radiofrequency skin tightening protocols, including for the DENSITY and XERF, typically call for a series of treatments because collagen remodeling is cumulative.

This is one of the few treatments that Rejuvience Med Spa recommends planning for two sessions, especially when significant lower-face, jowl or neck laxity is the concern.

For October, the two-treatment Lower Face, Jowls & Neck package is spaced approximately 4–6 weeks apart and includes a regenerative microinfusion.

Do I need a package because I’m over 50?

No. In fact, Rejuvience Med Spa generally does not sell treatment packages simply because someone has aging skin.

Two people who are both 60 can have completely different skin. One may have significant sun damage and a strong collagen structure; another may have thin skin, laxity and barrier impairment. Weight loss, hormones, lifestyle, previous procedures and genetics all change the equation.

Treatment plans should follow the skin, not the birthday.

Which October treatment is best for general facial aging?

Age Repair 4-D was created specifically for the combination of changes that tends to appear with age rather than treating one isolated wrinkle.

It combines four treatment technologies in one session to address the eye area, lines around the mouth and vertical lip lines, changes in skin volume and overall skin quality.

For October, Age Repair 4-D is $999, regularly $1,500, and includes AnteAGE P.E.A.R.L. during treatment plus AnteAGE INTENSIFY in the home-care kit.

What is the best October treatment for loose or crepey arm skin?

It depends on how much of the problem is texture, skin thinning or true laxity.

For October, Crepey Arm Exosome Regeneration combines microchanneling with BENEV ERC Exosomes to address thin, wrinkled, crepey texture and overall skin quality across the full arms.

More significant laxity may benefit from a treatment plan that also includes radiofrequency skin tightening.

This is exactly why Rejuvience maintains several different technologies rather than trying to make one machine solve every aging-skin problem.

Why don’t moisturizers fix crepey skin?

Moisturizers are important because they improve hydration and help protect the skin barrier. What they cannot do is completely replace the structural collagen and elastin changes happening deeper in aging skin. When skin becomes thin, lax and crepey, the problem is no longer just dryness.

Professional regenerative treatments are designed to stimulate repair and remodeling below the surface while good home care protects the results from above.

You need both. 

What treatment is best for deep, criss-crossed or “cross-hatched” wrinkles?

When skin develops a stiff, criss-crossed texture, often across the cheeks or chin, years of sun exposure, collagen deterioration and glycation are typically culprits.

Venus Viva uses nano-fractional radiofrequency resurfacing to create controlled remodeling in the skin and stimulate new collagen formation.

October’s Venus Viva special includes BENEV ERC Exosomes applied in office plus a home post-care kit for $599.

How much downtime should I expect?

It depends on the treatment. DENSITY RF has essentially no social downtime. Age Repair 4-D is designed to keep downtime minimal, with makeup generally possible the following day.

Microchanneling and Venus Viva involve more visible short-term skin response because controlled injury is part of how those treatments stimulate repair. You will receive specific aftercare instructions based on the treatment and your skin.

Can I combine more than one October special?

Possibly, but more treatment is not automatically better treatment. Some modalities complement one another particularly well, while others should be separated to give aging skin adequate time to recover and remodel.

If more than one concern is bothering you, jowls plus crepey arms, for example, we can prioritize the problems and sequence treatments rather than trying to do everything at once.

When should I treat if I want my skin looking its best for the holidays?

October is an excellent time to begin treatments whose results develop progressively.

Collagen-stimulating treatments aren’t instant fixes. Some initial improvement may be visible early, but remodeling continues over subsequent weeks.

Starting in October gives the skin time to recover, remodel and develop a more mature result as the holiday season approaches.
